Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted,
your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving
your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department.
Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved,
altered, resized (by a jeweller other than WILDFORU.COM ), or damaged
in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no WILDFORU.COM
return code, and packages that are improperly packaged will be refused
receipt.
How to Prepare a Return:
To return an item to WILDFORU.COM, follow our three step process:
- Your Return Authorization Code. Call 03 9752 9482, and you
will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code next to
your name on the back of the package where your "from" address
information is.
- Package Your Return. Place all the original packaging in
the box, including a copy of the invoice, do not write
WILDFORU.COM
anywhere on the outside of the box.
- Insurance. Unfortunately Australia post does not insure any
form of jewellery.
